Consumer=a person who uses goods and services

In terms of imports and exports.
We as customers also may be called CONSUMERS.

I was only correcting what it really said on the shirt.
      CONSUMER.

You may be one, but I like to be called a “customer”. We don’t “consume” everything.

      Summary:
      1. Conversation is necessary to a real relationship.
      2. Listening is one side of a conversation.
      3. Customers have changed.
      4. Advertisers - especially agencies - haven’t.

      Well done!
Right on, [except I hate to tip off the suits that will ONLY adapt to this reality because of greed.
Not because they ‘got it’ to begin with, or even through their own consumer-centered awareness.
