I’m trying to discover what keywords an individual company is using for their pay-per-click campaigns on either Google, Yahoo or MIVA. Any tools out there that can do this??

The source for the page it will show you can view the source for the top by the top by the source for the top by the source for.
An account number imbedded in their page link and looking at its properies.
Meta tags won’t tell you what keywords someone is using with a PPC campaign - meta tags only tell you about their natural kws. A client’s PPC keywords are considered confidential information. Any tool you find that does that is probably against the law.
